Roads and public-realm works under way at Mukaymin Destination
As main contractor to National Housing Company, we are building the roads, sidewalks, cycle paths, irrigation, lighting and planting that make up the public realm at Mukaymin Destination in Madinah.
RTC, Rakeez Thabitah Contractor, is delivering the public-realm landscaping works for roads and streets at Mukaymin Destination in Madinah, as main contractor to National Housing Company. The contract period began on 11 March 2026 and runs to 10 September 2029.
The scope covers road and street corridors, sidewalks, cycle paths, hardscape, irrigation networks, lighting provisions, planting and landscape works, delivered together as one public realm along each street.
On site, the street corridors are being coordinated with the sidewalks, movement areas and lighting provisions, while soil, planting beds and irrigation are prepared along the frontages.
