Operating and maintaining street lighting in Madinah’s Central Area

A 36-month contract with Madinah Region Municipality, which we have carried out as main contractor since 4 January 2026.

RTC, Rakeez Thabitah Contractor, operates and maintains the street lighting across the Central Area of Madinah under a contract awarded by Madinah Region Municipality, with RTC as main contractor. The contract runs for 36 months, from 4 January 2026 to 3 January 2029.

Separately from this contract, on 20 August 2026 the company published an official night-time aerial film of Al-Salam Road in the Central Area on its YouTube channel.
