Planting and irrigation package under way at Al-Ghuroob Park

The earthworks and sewage-network packages are complete, and the third package at the Madinah park was under way when this story was published.

RTC, Rakeez Thabitah Contractor, is carrying out works at Al-Ghuroob Park in Madinah as subcontractor to Madinah Region Municipality, under three separate contract packages, each with its own scope, value and period.

The basalt, earthworks and irrigation-lines package is complete, as is the sewage-network package. At the time of publication the planting and irrigation package was ongoing; its contract period runs from 9 October 2025 to 8 October 2026.

Work at the park has included installing a subsurface irrigation network, tree planting and landscaping.
