Project Overview
We delivered fourteen separate infrastructure packages across private developments in Madinah and Jeddah as main contractor, with all fourteen packages completed. The work covers land development, roads, water and sewage networks, water transmission pipelines, service connections and lighting. The portfolio includes water and sewage networks across several developments, a water transmission pipeline, a full-development package, and separate road and lighting works. Each of the fourteen packages is presented below with its own scope name, value and status. The accompanying photographs show infrastructure works across the private-development portfolio without attributing any image to a specific package.
